Homemade banana oat stout cupcake made from scratch. This is one of the most delicious snacks that I've ever made. My special ingredient was the Jamaican Dragon Stout.
Banana Oat Stout Cupcake Recipe
1 Ripe Banana
1 Egg
3 Tsp Coconut Oil
Mix them together. Then add the following dry ingredients:
1/4 Cup Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
Cinnamon (to your taste)
Nutmeg (to your taste)
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Tbsp. Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup Dragon Stout
Fold until combined.
